How Jesse works a case

  1. A first conversation You tell the office what happened, where the claim stands and which letters you have received. The case review costs nothing.
  2. The benefits, explained Jesse explains what the Labor Code provides for the injury and what each step of the claim involves.
  3. Medical care When treatment is delayed or denied, the office works through utilization review, independent medical review and the medical provider network rules.
  4. Delays and denials When an insurer delays or denies benefits, Jesse can take the dispute to the WCAB, including an expedited hearing where the rules allow one.
  5. Settlement or trial A case ends in a settlement that a workers’ compensation judge reviews, or in a judge’s decision after trial.
