What we collect

When you send the case review form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, and what you write about your injury and claim. We also receive the page you sent it from and, when your browser allows it, how you first found the site: the referring website, campaign tags in the link and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps that record for 90 days.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, and to learn which pages and searches bring people to the site. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who handles it

Form messages are sent by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The marketing agency that manages this website for the office may receive them on the office’s behalf. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

Cookies and statistics

The site does not use advertising cookies. Visit statistics, when they are turned on, never include your name, phone number, email or message.

Your choices

You can ask what information the office has from you, or ask the office to delete it, by calling or emailing the office.

Confidentiality

Sending information through this site before the office agrees to represent you does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details until you have spoken with the office.
